At Saporigo, we aim to make shipping simple, transparent, and reliable for all our customers across India. This policy explains our domestic shipping process, timelines, and Cash on Delivery (COD) terms.
1. Shipping Coverage (India Only)
- Pan-India Delivery: We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes using trusted logistics partners.
- Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping on all our products, including board games, notebooks, and planners.
- Extended Delivery Locations (EDL): For locations that fall under remote or Extended Delivery Locations (EDL), delivery might take slightly longer than standard routes. Any applicable remote area surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- Order Value Limit: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders with a total cart value ranging between ₹500 and ₹2000.
- COD Fees: A COD convenience fee of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders. This fee will be added to your total at the checkout page.
- Non-Refundable: Please note that the ₹50 COD fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (including order returns or cancellations made after the package has been dispatched).
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package’s journey.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery (Metro & Tier 1 Cities): 3–7 business days.
- Remote / EDL Locations: 7–10 business days.
(Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to local courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or regional restrictions.)
5. Returns & Replacements (Transit Damage)
- If your package appears severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
- If you find the product damaged inside after opening, please share an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.
- Standard returns follow our general Returns & Refunds Policy.
