1. General Returns
You can return any eligible product within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:
- Unused and undamaged.
- In original packaging with all components (like board game pieces or planner inserts) intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Limited edition, clearance sale, or final-sale items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or rough handling. Please note that our rewritable notebooks are made of coated paper; they are not waterproof or non-tearable. You can use any ball pen and erase and reuse multiple times instead. Damage caused by tearing, water exposure, or using incorrect markers will not be eligible for return.
3. Refund Timelines
- Once the return is received and verified at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days.
- Refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- Customers will be notified via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once the refund is processed.
4. Return Shipping & Reimbursement (India)
- The customer must arrange the return shipping through a reliable courier service.
- Upon receipt and verification of the undamaged product, Saporigo will reimburse the return shipping cost.
- Reimbursement is calculated as the actual courier invoice cost (excluding GST) OR a flat 20% of the product value — whichever is lower.
- Invoice Notes: If you submit a standard courier receipt, the net value (without GST) is considered. If you submit a formal Tax Invoice billed to SAPORIGO’s firm name with our GSTIN, the reimbursement may include GST.
5. Customisable Products – Special Terms
For products involving custom logos, custom designs, or personalized notebook covers:
- Approval Requirement: The buyer must explicitly confirm and approve the final digital design layout preview shared by our team before dispatch. No claims for design changes can be accepted after your approval.
- Cancel before production starts: 100% Full Refund.
- Cancel after design approval & production processing has initiated: A 75% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover raw material setups.
- Once Shipped: All customised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
