For orders involving custom logos, personal designs, or custom-printed notebook covers, the following strict parameters apply:
- Approval Requirement: The buyer must explicitly confirm and approve the final digital design layout preview shared by our team via Email/WhatsApp before dispatch. No claims for design modifications or printing errors can be accepted after your approval.
- Order Cancellation & Refund Tiers:
- Cancel before production/processing starts: 100% Full Refund.
- Cancel after design approval & production processing has initiated: A 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover customized raw material setups and labor.
- Once Shipped: All customized products are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.
6. Shipping & Cargo Fulfillment Terms
By purchasing from us, you agree to our comprehensive shipping fulfillment standards:
- Domestic Heavy Cargo & EDL Rule: Free shipping applies to standard packages nationwide. However, for Heavy Items (like gym benches or weight combos) going to courier-classified EDL (Extended Delivery Locations) / Remote areas, additional freight charges apply. Saporigo will contact you before dispatch for approval; if you reject the charges, the order will be cancelled with a 100% refund.
- Ground Delivery Requirement: Heavy fitness equipment can strictly travel via Ground Cargo only. If your pincode does not support ground delivery via Blue Dart or equivalent partners, automated shipping will not apply, and a custom pickup or cancellation will be processed.
- International Shipments: International shipping is supported strictly for lightweight Export Bundles. All global destination customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Payments & Billing
- All customer orders must be paid in full and in advance via our approved secure digital payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.
- Product prices listed on the store are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
