References in these Terms to “Saporigo”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises operating the Saporigo India website and business, as applicable.

3. Permitted Use of the Website

Website content is made available for legitimate personal, informational and shopping purposes.

Unless separately authorised in writing, users may not:

• Copy, reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial portions of Saporigo website content.
• Republish product photographs, designs, graphics, text or other proprietary material for commercial use.
• Attempt to interfere with website security or normal operation.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or restricted website functionality.
• Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts or overloads the website.
• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive purposes.

Reasonable personal viewing, sharing of website links and ordinary use of website functions is permitted.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website branding, original graphics, photographs, product presentation, written content, game concepts, documentation and other proprietary materials may be owned by or licensed to Saporigo / Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submission of an order through the website represents a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to verification of matters including:

6. Product Prices, Taxes & Charges

Product prices shown on Saporigo India are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Listed prices are intended to include applicable product taxes where required, unless the website clearly indicates otherwise.

Depending on the order, separate charges may apply for:

• Shipping or freight
• Extended Delivery Location (EDL) service
• Heavy or special handling
• Secured COD processing and handling
• Customer-requested customization
• Other services clearly disclosed before purchase

Applicable charges presented during checkout should be reviewed by the customer before the order is submitted.

7. Payments

Online payments are processed using the payment options made available through Saporigo’s supported payment service providers.

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, NetBanking or other payment options supported by the relevant gateway from time to time.

Saporigo does not guarantee that every payment method will be continuously available.

A transaction may fail or remain pending because of the customer’s bank, payment provider, network connectivity, authentication failure or another technical circumstance outside Saporigo’s direct control.

Where payment has been debited but an order is not successfully recorded, customers should contact Saporigo Support with the transaction details so that the matter can be reviewed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping is subject to destination serviceability, shipment weight, dimensions, product category and available logistics arrangements.

Delivery dates displayed or communicated are generally estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Remote or Extended Delivery Locations, heavy cargo and special shipments may attract additional logistics charges or longer delivery times.

10. Heavy & Bulky Products

Certain Fitness Lab products, gym benches, home-gym systems or other heavy/oversized products may require special freight or serviceability checks.

Some heavy products may be:

• Prepaid Only
• Unavailable for particular PIN codes
• Subject to additional freight
• Restricted from certain geographic regions
• Subject to special delivery arrangements

If Saporigo cannot reasonably arrange delivery after an order has been accepted, the customer may be contacted and the affected order handled appropriately.

11. Customized & Personalized Products

Products involving a custom logo, name, artwork, design, print, specification or customer-specific production may be subject to additional terms.

Design Approval

Where a digital proof or design preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the requested spelling, logos, layout, colours, dimensions and other customization details before approval.

Before Production

An eligible cancellation made before customization or production has begun may qualify for a full refund.

After Production Begins

Once customer-specific production or customization has started, cancellation/refund treatment may take into account reasonable non-recoverable production, material or customization costs already incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

After Dispatch

A correctly produced customized product is generally not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return after dispatch.

Genuine manufacturing defects, incorrect products, transit damage or failure to follow an approved specification remain separately reviewable under the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Product Information & Website Accuracy

Saporigo aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing.

Minor differences may sometimes occur because of:

• Display or screen rendering
• Manufacturing variation
• Packaging updates
• Product revisions
• Typographical or data-entry errors

Material errors identified on the website may be corrected.

If a material pricing, specification or availability error affects an order, Saporigo may contact the customer before fulfilment and provide an appropriate option, which may include proceeding on corrected terms or cancellation/refund as appropriate.

13. Stationery & Semi-Rewritable Products

Certain Saporigo reusable or semi-rewritable products use coated or specially treated paper surfaces intended for repeated writing and cleaning under their stated usage instructions.

Unless expressly stated for a particular product, such products should not be assumed to be waterproof, tear-proof or resistant to every chemical or writing instrument.

Customers should follow the product instructions and recommended writing/cleaning practices.

Damage resulting from misuse after delivery is different from a genuine manufacturing defect, which remains subject to applicable return and consumer-right provisions.

14. Games, Kits & Small Components

Certain board games, craft kits and modular products may contain small parts or detachable components.

Where a product is marked for ages 14+ or includes a product-specific age recommendation, customers should observe the stated guidance.

Products containing small parts should be kept away from infants and young children where those parts may present an avoidable risk.

15. Fitness Equipment & Safe Use

Fitness equipment should be assembled, installed and used in accordance with the instructions, product specifications and stated limits supplied for the relevant product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Assembly is completed correctly.
• Fasteners and structural components are properly secured.
• Specified load limits are observed.
• The product is used on a suitable and stable surface.
• Damaged or incorrectly assembled equipment is not used.

Saporigo is not responsible for damage or injury to the extent it is caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, installation contrary to supplied instructions or use beyond stated product limits.

16. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return, refund, replacement and cancellation eligibility depends on the nature of the product, reason for the request, order status and applicable policy conditions.

Genuine claims involving defects, incorrect goods, transit damage or another seller-side issue are reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saporigo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Examples may include:

• External payment-provider disruptions
• Courier network disruption
• Events outside reasonable operational control
• Customer misuse of a product contrary to supplied instructions

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or consumer remedies where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

International orders may be subject to destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, regulatory requirements and other cross-border costs according to the applicable order and destination.
