If canceled before processing begins, a 100% full refund is issued. If canceled after design approval and production initialization, a processing setup fee (25% for notebooks, 75% for custom items as per policy parameters) is deducted to handle customized raw material waste. Once shipped, custom orders are completely non-returnable.
